Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, Year A
So what are we called to do as Catholic Christians by this Solemnity of the Body and Blood of Christ we are celebrating today? We are called to: (a) acknowledge and honor the real presence of Christ in the Holy Eucharist; (b) to thank God for remaining with us through the gift of His Son in the Eucharist; and, (c) to be grateful to God for feeding and strengthening us with the Body and Blood of His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, as we celebrate the Solemnity of the Body and Blood of Christ today, let us love God all the more in the Holy Eucharist by being grateful and thankful for His blessings, graces and mercies upon us; by deepening and strengthening our faith in Him, by saying ‘no’ to sin; by being united as one in Christ; and lastly, by committing ourselves to the poor.

The Baptism of the Lord, Year C
So my dear brothers and sisters in Christ, as we celebrate the Solemnity of the Baptism of our Lord Jesus Christ today, let us once again meditate on the importance and significance of the Sacrament of Baptism in our lives as Catholic Christians and strive to utilize its fruits to proclaim and live out the Gospel of Christ in our world today.
