About
I am Reverend Fidelis Immanuel Chinedu Omeaku, also known as Rev.FICO, my initials. I am an American Gospel artist of Nigerian origin and resident in Los Angeles, California. I am a Catholic Christian, who dedicated his life to serve God and his people in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, California, as a Roman Catholic priest on May 31st, 2008.
I am currently serving as the Pastor at St. Anselm's Parish in Los Angeles, California. My priestly ministry helps me serve Godʼs people and become Godʼs instrument in spreading His Gospel of Love to all especially the youth, through the Sacraments and through my music that caters to every Christian and even non-Christians of all ages and culture.
My mission is to help everyone I can as well as myself say “YES” to God and strive to attain perfection in Him, by overcoming our temptations, sins and evil inclinations and working hard to be true and better disciples of Jesus Christ in thought, word and deed.
My love for music started at the early stages of my life, but commenced when I became a member of my seminary high school choir and continuing on to the seminary college.
The success I have had today as a Catholic Christian is due to my faith in God and my belief that “the essence of spirituality is to help one another attain perfection in God, overcome our temptations, sins and evil inclinations and strive to be true and better disciples of Jesus Christ in thought, word and deed.”
