So my dear brothers and sisters, as we celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity today, let us appreciate and proclaim the love of the Triune God, by going out and making disciples of all nations; by teaching them to observe all that God has commanded us; and by reminding all that God is always with us, until the end of the age.
Brothers and sisters in Christ, as we celebrate the Solemnity of the Ascension of Christ into Heaven today, let us acknowledge our risen Lord as our Messiah by truly believing in Him, by deepening our hope and desire to attain the kingdom of God, and by witnessing to Him in the world today when we proclaim and live out His gospel and our faith in Him in the world.
My dear brothers and sisters, as Jesus reminds us of the demands of discipleship today, let us answer our call to discipleship better by knowing and acknowledging Christ in our lives; by denying our own desires, interests and needs for the greater glory of God’s name; by taking up our crosses daily and by following Christ as we live out our faith through our works.
