My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, as we celebrate the Solemnity of the Body and Blood of Christ today, let us love God all the more in the Holy Eucharist by being grateful and thankful for His blessings, graces and mercies upon us; by deepening and strengthening our faith in Him, by saying ‘no’ to sin; by being united as one in Christ; and lastly, by committing ourselves to the poor.
So my brothers and sisters, let us go and make our families holy like the Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph today by making God the center of our families and by truly and sincerely loving one another.
My brothers and sisters, Christ our Lord has risen from the dead, and calls on us to rise with Him to newness of life, so it is time for us to work on our physical, mental and spiritual lives by bringing fresh vigor to our bodies and spirit, by creating a positive outlook in our minds, and hearts; and by being a vibrant presence within our community, so as to have a better relationship with God, with ourselves and with others.
