Matilda was devoted to prayer and almsgiving, built many churches, founded and supported numerous monasteries. She was humble, pious, and generous. She was known for her great charity and was always ready to help the oppressed and unfortunate. Lord, help me learn how to love and to live out your gospel of love like Saint Matilda did.
